Jay

Creative
Jay has spent the last 25 years as a creative leader working across three continents. In the US he was Executive Creative Director @ Phenomenon, Huge, and (Agency of The Decade) Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

Prior to moving to the US Jay was Creative Director @ The Monkeys, Sydney bagging no less than six coveted Agency of the Year titles, and Agency Republic, London, netting Digital Agency of the Year, an unrivaled five times during his tenure.

Kyla

Creative
Kyla has an eclectic creative background from working in product design, script writing and prop making in addition to her nearly two decade long award winning career in advertising for clients including Google, Airbnb, Square Inc.

She has lived and worked in three continents, creating campaigns for all key global markets and specialises in creating work that resonates culturally from global platforms to bespoke executions.

Joseph

Design
Joseph is a creative director, designer, illustrator, animator, dog-lover, model builder, printmaker, brother, fun uncle, swing drummer, rockabilly guitarist, pro-wrestling historian, non-competitive cyclist, amateur magician, professor-of-all-things-Godzilla, vintage toy collector, Star Trek aficionado and carrot cake enthusiast.

Having led brand design campaigns for companies like J.P. Morgan Chase, Verizon, and Kraft Heinz at places like Droga5 and TBWA, Joseph's mission is to create work that is useful, entertaining, and worth the audience's time.

Jonas

Strategy
For nearly three decades, Jonas has been collaborating with some of the world's biggest brands to help them grow creatively, culturally, and financially. Jonas strategically led PlayStation to the successful launch of PS4, he helped HP re-establish itself as a global technology leader, and has crafted brand narratives for Adidas, Al Jazeera. and MTV.

Jonas has lived in five countries and has an avid interest in the way people think, feel, and behave, the worlds in which they live, and the cultures that connect them.

Keith

Fashion
Keith is an acclaimed Creative in the fashion, streetwear, sportswear and lifestyle industries. Having built his reputation whilst working with the cult, political fashion brand, Vexed Generation, Keith went on to be Head of Creative at ASOS, collaborating on projects with Nike, Adidas and Selfridges.

More recently Keith worked closely with KanYE West on Yeezy and Willy Chavaria, the Vice President of Design at Calvin Klein.

Michael

Music
Michael is Creative Music Executive, Music Supervisor & Strategist working as VP of Creative at New York based label No Friction. For over two decades Michael has helped brands such as Apple, Adidas, Nike, Sonos, Google, and Cadillac, bring their content and products to life.

He was the music supervisor for the launch of Apple iTunes, produced the first custom single for the iPod Nano product launch, and the score for the debut of the MacBook Air.

Leigh-Anne

PR
Leigh-Anne has extensive experience as a technology communications leader, with a blended background in public relations, digital marketing, and public affairs. She is a natural storyteller and brings extensive planning and integrated campaign experience – from ideation to execution – for both established brands and innovative startups.

Before helping to launch the first US office of Brands2Life in San Francisco, Leigh-Anne managed PR campaigns at boutique B2B tech agency SutherlandGold. Leigh-Anne began her communications career at a public affairs firm in Washington, DC doing grassroots advocacy around public policy issues.

Matt

Brand Leadership
Matt has spent more than two decades building brands and solving unique marketing challenges for clients and agencies across a diverse portfolio of industries. With a history steeped in brand leadership and business development, he has become highly proficient at partnering with complex organizations to unlock growth and scale through invention and reinvention.

Prior to BFD, Matt held various leadership roles with agencies in Los Angeles and New York, including TBWA\Chiat\Day, McCann Worldgroup, and Phenomenon.

Tom

Business Strategy
One abandoned law career and failed rock-star bid later, Tom has spent the last 20 years working in advertising and business strategy.

In client partner and agency leadership roles he has architected and led integrated solutions for some of the world’s most iconic brands including Amazon, Levi’s, MasterCard, PlayStation and Diageo. Along the way he’s helped with everything from advertising and media; social, digital and shopper marketing; all the way through to brand positioning, innovation and organisational strategy.

Christine

Insights Curator
Christine is a seasoned communications expert with more than two decades of experience. She leverages her expertise to inspire creative work across a range of channels to meet client, brand, and consumer needs. Born and raised in the Ivory Coast, West Africa, she has a love of diverse cultures, traditions, and peoples. Before starting her career in advertising and media, Christine earned a Ph.D. in Social Psychology with a focus on racial and ethnic identity, the psychophysiology of emotions, and evolutionary psychology.

She has a passion for simple insights that unlock big opportunities, non-traditional segments, and trailblazing brands committed to fostering global prosperity. Christine is an outdoor enthusiast, avid hiker and spent time as a volunteer maintaining trails in the Adirondacks while attending Vassar College. While everyone knows she’s an amazing cook, what they don’t know is that she's an aspiring master gardener, and that she has an unusually deep love for office supplies.
